Shipping Times: Please note that all apparel is custom-created for you, which takes a few days to produce. Once your item has been created, shipping times vary by location. For a shipping time estimation, please see locations below:
Overnight (includes fulfillment time):
United States: 2-7 Days
Express:
United States, Canada & International: 3-10 Days
Standard (Flat):
United States: 5-11 Days
Canada: 4-17 Days
Europe: 5-17 Days
Asia: 10-19 Days
South America: 10-21 Days
Oceania: 4-21 Days
Holidays or Special Occasions: Due to unforeseen circumstances during holiday periods, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during these times. While we provide notifications on the website ahead of time of potential delays, please try to order early to beat the holiday rush.
Incorrect Addresses: Please be sure to provide us with your correct address and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable.
Duty/Taxes: Please be aware that you may need to pay additional duty and/or taxes that your country may impose on goods that come from other countries. Please check with your government's website regarding their duty and taxes policies beforehand, to have an clear understanding on what these extra costs may be.

Return Policy
Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. Since every item is custom-made specifically for you, we can only offer an exchange of a similar item or new size. Please make sure to check the sizing charts provided on each item prior to ordering.
In order to return an item for exchange, please note that you will be responsible for returning the item and for the shipping costs associated with the replacement item.
We offer a 7-day return policy after delivery and items must be sent back for exchange within 48 hours of approval of the exchange. Items must be unused/unworn and have the original tags/labels intact.
